Starting her career in the hospitality industry, Jamie honed her skills in various hotels and restaurants. Her time as the Executive Pastry Chef for a prestigious catering company allowed her to gain invaluable experience, refining her craft and developing a keen eye for detail.

But Jamie's desire to create edible masterpieces led her to delve deeper into the realm of cakes. Working in some of the finest cake and dessert shops in the city, she soaked up every opportunity to learn new techniques and push the boundaries of what was possible in the world of edible art.

As a teacher, Jamie's travels take her to cake shows across the globe. Armed with her wealth of knowledge and experience, she inspires and enlightens aspiring cake artists, imparting her secrets, techniques, and tricks of the trade.

Sugar and Passion: Jamie's Sweet Journey


Jamie's love affair with sugar began at an early age. From her first cake decorating experiences as an employee of Baskin Robbins, she decided desserts would be her life.

While studying at Johnson & Wales University, Jamie's talent and dedication propelled her to the top of her class. She honed her skills in the renowned Baking and Pastry Arts program, receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree.


A sugar-coated alchemist, she blends classic techniques with unexpected flavors, creating whimsical, yet balanced, masterpieces that tantalize the senses. The ultimate reward is seeing the joy on her customers' faces as they take their first bite.
